An RMA number is required before a return may be processed. Returns must be in new, unopened condition, including all pieces, parts, documentation and original packaging in order to receive credit. Shipping charges, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable. The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and any associate charges such as duties and taxes.
Returns on most equipment accepted up to 30 days from date of payment.
There are no returns on drones.
